Expérience positive: J'habite récemment dans un de leurs bâtiments planifiés. Architecturally, it looks very nice from the outside. But planning-wise, it's absolutely useless: the floor plans are extremely impractical, the switches couldn't be positioned more unfavorably, built-in furniture was incorrectly drawn on the floor plan we received, the staircase is uncomfortably steep, and much more... Every day we experience new disappointments.
