Esperienza negativa: Stay away from this company! We rented a place in Gstaad, although there was a delay in our bank transfer going through we'd advised them that it should be in last Friday. When it got in they told us they could meet us from Tuesday the week after.. Why 4 days when they say they have around the clock assistance.. It's now Thursday and radio silence since last Friday when they got the money. The phone number goes straight to an online voice mail, they don't reply to emails and there's no live chat as advertised on their FAQ page. They have our money and we don't have the accommodation. Hope we'll be able to get a refund as it's starting to feel a lot like a scam. Plain unprofessional and just outrageous!
