Esperienza fantastica: Man merkt den Unterschied schnell zu anderen Immobilienverwaltungen. Wenn man ein Anliegen hat wird einem freundlich geholfen und nicht nur vertröstet... Kann ich nur empfehlen ☺️

Esperienza negativa: Many of their flats are in my opinion priced far above market rate. Personally, I found their communication style towards tenants somewhat rude and dismissive. Big changes to buildings (e.g. nets in front of all balconies, changing laundry from being billed with utilities to a system that charges up to 4CHF for a single round of laundry) were made without consulting inhabitants. I felt that they impeded my search for a new tenant when I decided to move out, by not providing me with their form for rental applicants but at the same time insisting they would only consider candidates that use their specific form. I think they did so because they needed the apartment to be empty for a month in order to increase rent legally. Of this latter fact I had to make them aware, since they listed my apartment as available from my contractual move-out date (i.e. the one applicable if I wouldn't find a new tenant), but at a massively increased price. Out of my social circle everyone seemed to have had much better experiences with their landlords, so if you have options with other rental companies, I suggest you go with the alternatives.

Esperienza negativa: Pas de service, pas de l'eau chaude, ni le chauffage durant l'hiver, aucun responsable qui nous répond, ....

Esperienza negativa: Null Dienstleistung. Null Kommunikation. Dubiose Aktivitäten. Absolut nutzlos.

Esperienza positiva: Ottima gestione per appartamenti vicino alla città a Basilea

Esperienza fantastica: Dipendenti molto cordiali e competenti. È andato tutto per il meglio. In caso di domande, rispondono immediatamente e aiutano. Sono molto soddisfatto, continuate così!

Esperienza negativa: Absolute Katastopfe, da wird nur gelogen und versucht die Mieter abzuzocken. Schon ein Stern ist eine frechheit für diese Firma, leider können keine minus Sternen vergeben werden.

Esperienza negativa: Ich bin noch sehr anständig und sehr lieb, dass ich eine Sterne gebe , anders geht ja nicht. Ich bin ziemlich schockiert, dass man im Jahr 2023 in der Schweiz nicht eine Wohnung bekommt auf Grund seiner Hautfarbe. Ich habe mich für eine Wohnung beworben, angerufen alle Unterlagen zugeschickt. Ich habe noch nie Betreibungen gehabt, ich bin eine Diplomierte Pflegefachfrau und verdiene nicht schlecht. Es hieß dann auch am Telefon ich soll mich keine Sorgen machen. Sie haben nach meiner ID Karte gefragt und ich habe es geschickt. Alles per Mail. Danach habe ich eine Absage per Post erhalten. WIR KÖNNEN SIE NICHT ALS MIETER BERÜCKSICHTIGEN. Ohne weitere Gründe die Wohnung steht übrigens immer noch im Inserat. Ich wurde adoptiert, es ist echt schockierend
