Dear Spyros, yes the contract said the cleaning if neccesary would be 40.-/hour.... The picture before arrival shows the table in good order, the picture after your departure ahows it broken, go figure... You did not anser the last 6 emails, so of course you lack information. You also left a lot of personal stuff, which we removed, kept at the office and gave back to your friends, without a fee. No, a thank you is not necessary. Best regards

Dear Andy, your comment is so full of half truths and lack of knowledge that it is not easy to respond. The part that is correct is that you own your own property rental, and I believe it is different in management because you own your properties and they are all on site. On the other hand, we are only a facilitator for owner with property spread-out everywhere. In the rental contract it stipulates that toilet paper and bath towels are not part of the rental, nor is wood for the fire, coffee etc, it is not a hotel... You of course forgot to mention that you arrived close to midnight on a weekend, and it does stipulate that there is a charge for arrivals outside business hours, and you were advised of that in advance, you still chose to arrive in the middle of the night on a weekend, I admit we are little less reactive at those hours, and that we are not a 5 star hotel, since we are not even a hotel... There is still no leak in the apartment, several months after your rental, I am not saying your are lying, I am saying there are no leaks..! If you read the advert correctly, it states that there is a local stay tax to pay. You did not pay anything more than that, we also temporarily blocked a small deposit on your credit card, which was fully released by the way, you paid no extra (PS, VRBO does not cash-in that tax for us, and they decide of the payment method, we have no say in that.) I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay, we have about 6000 rentals per year for 40 years...I realize only unhappy people write bad comments, still that’s not so many in comparison to the number of rentals we do. I wish you all the best, and believe me, there is not leak in that apartment, and I still can’t explain that stain on your bed, and if you want luxury, I suggest you go to a 5 star hotel, the price will certainly not be the same (count about Fr. 1’200.-/night), but the service should be up to your expectations. Dear Sir, My apologies for this. We have 5 persons in auto-quarantine, and remains only 1 brand new staff member. That being said, it should not have happened I fully agree. In regards to the apartment were the owners were there, they had not mentionned it to us. We are here since 40 years, obviously we would not have survived if our service was always like this. I will do my best to ensure that this does not happen again, even in these stange times. Again, my appologies. Mikael Director
