Esperienza fantastica: Azienda assolutamente seria e competente. Da consigliare caldamente.

Esperienza negativa: UPDATE: The owner Oliver Zanella sent me an email threatening to take me to court if I don’t remove the post below. I emailed him back offering to meet in person or talk on phone to discuss my experience but he has not responded. Instead he below argues I wrote the post later rather than at the time of incident. But as already included in my email the matter had to do with when it was posted which had to do with not realizing Google algorithms didn’t approve my original post. It’s irrelevant anyway when someone writes, what matters is that this was my experience as proven by emails between me and Zanella. Oliver is not even interested in addressing his staff issues with me in person or over phone as I had proposed, but is resorting to threatening me with a law suit and a lame response below. The way he has chosen to respond to a critical Google review is a reflection of his character and subpar leadership. ORIGINAL POST: After back and forth emails for three weeks since I first brought up the issue about my heating I finally contacted the heating company directly so as to get help as I was tired of being in 18C temperature at home. The Portfolio Assistant was concerned that I contacted them directly and asked me twice if they will get charged. I said no one will get charged as I had verified this with the heating company (under warranty) then gave him the name of the person. Furthermore, he also stated to me on the phone that "it is not an emergency" and that "It is 18C not 10C". He said this after I just finished telling him I have been wearing two layers of clothing the last few weeks and that I just finished taking a hot shower to stay warm. Zero empathy here from him. To make matters worst, when I spoke to him over the phone asking him to contact the person who can open the boiler room for the heating company technician, he said he will contact them but "I will do no more" and then hung up the phone on me in the middle of my sentence. I reached out to his boss explaining this unprofessional exchange and he said he will speak to him. I offered to come over to the office and speak with both of them about my experience and also to hear from this Portfolio Assistant directly what is troubling him about me or something I have said. Instead they bypassed the opportunity to meet in person and just called me. To my shock, the Portfolio Assistant stated he had said bye and I said bye and only then he hung up. This was absolutely not true. In the call I asked why is there a difference between what you are saying and what I am saying. There was no answer. The manager then started talking even though I was asking the Portfolio Assistant the question. At that point it and based on his email to me, it became clear to me that the facts that I just shared were less important to this manager than his happy relationship with his colleague. Never mind you have a customer who experienced, belittling of their circumstances and even getting hung up on over the phone. Seems the manager just chose the easy way out and shoved the situation under the rug. I am very disappointed at this interaction. It is okay to make mistakes such as when you don't know how to manage your emotions and you get mad at a customer and tell them they don't have an emergency "it is 18C not 10C", that "I will do no more" and then hang up on the customer. My suggestion for improvement is that as a company, you should hold your people accountable to professional standards of conduct and train your manager on how to properly problem solve. These are basic standards in operating a business. Would appreciate if you would aim to do better than what I have experienced here.

Esperienza fantastica: Zanella gestisce la proprietà in cui abbiamo risieduto per gli ultimi 5 anni. Hanno sempre risposto rapidamente a qualsiasi problema sorto e fornito assistenza tempestiva. In quanto espatriati che vivono a Zurigo, hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno in Svizzera meraviglioso. Il personale è sempre stato cortese e professionale. La lingua non è mai stata una barriera.

Esperienza fantastica: Da molti anni, il nostro condominio a Zollikon è gestito in modo molto professionale da Zanella Immobilien. Eventuali lavori di riparazione vengono commissionati e portati a termine molto rapidamente. Si tiene anche conto delle preoccupazioni dei locatari. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono. L'azienda è molto seria e raccomandabile.

Esperienza fantastica: Siamo molto soddisfatti dei servizi dell'azienda Zanella in generale. I problemi vengono risolti molto rapidamente e in modo non burocratico.

Esperienza negativa: Totalmente non professionale. Non restituiscono la mia cauzione da 3 mesi e non rispondono. Ora procederò legalmente per riavere la mia cauzione.

Esperienza fantastica: Apprezzo davvero l'alto livello di servizio. Team altamente professionale. Completamente soddisfatto della comunicazione: molto veloce, su misura e professionale. Un ringraziamento aggiuntivo a @Lukas Abegg!

Esperienza negativa: Ho già conosciuto molte amministrazioni. Ma la Zanella Partner Immobilien AG è la peggiore e la più incompetente che abbia mai incontrato! Molto scortesi e zero disponibili. Inoltre, gli affitti sono totalmente esagerati. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è una CATASTROFE!

Esperienza negativa: Sembra essere un'amministrazione seria dall'esterno, ma non risponde alle richieste/domande per appartamenti. Ora, guardando queste recensioni, vi ringrazio di cuore per avermi ignorato, avrei probabilmente dovuto leggere qui prima di fare domanda per un appartamento, così avrei evitato tutto ciò al 1000%. STATE LONTANI, VE NE PENTIRETE!!

Esperienza fantastica: Ringraziamo di cuore il Signor Terraza e il suo team, una gestione immobiliare molto affidabile e reattiva. Alcuni gestori dovrebbero prendere spunto da questo, bravo, continuate così.

Esperienza fantastica: Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del servizio professionale dell'azienda Zanella e possiamo consigliarla con tranquillità.

Esperienza negativa: Ci hanno addebitato 215,40 CHF per una visita all'appartamento. Non è mai stato compilato un contratto di affitto. Solo il modulo di registrazione per la visita all'appartamento.

Esperienza negativa: Non orientato al cliente affatto! Dovrai coordinare, monitorare e riportare tutto da solo!

Esperienza fantastica: Posso solo consigliare Zanella Immobilien, in particolare la signora Nadine Loeble. È stata la migliore agente immobiliare che abbia incontrato a Zurigo durante la ricerca dell'appartamento. Abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza super cordiale e un servizio super rapido con la domanda. Il contatto è stato incredibile, abbiamo sempre ricevuto risposta alle nostre e-mail, siamo stati sempre informati sullo stato della nostra candidatura, questo dovrebbe essere lo standard in ogni agenzia immobiliare.

Esperienza negativa: "Ti diamo spazio." "Ti rubiamo l'aria." Una azienda truffatrice con prestazioni sotto la media descrive bene la situazione. Non si ricevono informazioni, aiuti o indicazioni sui termini. Alla fine, un foglio informativo con termini vincolanti (pochi giorni prima dell'inizio del lavoro) è appeso all'edificio. Chi lo perde deve pagare di tasca propria. Se vuoi qualcosa, devi chiedere più volte di persona. Lasciate perdere se possibile. Sfortunatamente, non è possibile assegnare stelle negative.

Esperienza fantastica: Dopo 3 anni mi congedo da Zanella Partners e posso solo riportare cose buone.
