The asbestos-survey we initiated was requested by the new homeowners and we are sorry, that was not made absolutely clear to you, that this will damage the tiles in the living room. The hired local expert worked very professionally and we are happy to cooperate with them. We are not aware, that any retrospective cleaning fees were demanded and would invite you to send us the invoice, so we can correct this issue.
